Dr. Roland Beutler

Dr Roland Beutler currently works for Sudewestrundfunks (SWR) in Stuttgart for the Frequency planning department. His current responsiblities include Chairman of EBU “Strategic Programme: Cooperative Terrestrial Networks (CTN)”, Chairman of EBU project group “Sharing with Digital Broadcasting (ECS-SDB)” and Chairman of working group within CEPT WGFM-PT45 on the “Future Terrestrial Delivery of Radio”. He has published many articles on subjects such as “ Frequency Assignment and Network Planning for Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting Systems” and “The Digital Dividend of Terrestrial Broadcasting”.  He is a member of the QoSMOS External Advisory Board.
